Positions are filled for 2008. We will consider a short-term apprenticeship for Sept & Oct for the right candidate, and will take applications for 2009.

For a more intensive experience with cheesemaking and goat husbandry, we offer an apprenticeship through the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. Our season runs from April through October, and we offer room and board and a small stipend. Only the very serious need apply. For 2008 season, we will be offering two full-time apprenticeships.
